Ingredients:
Pasta - penne or any small tubular pasta
Onions - shallots - 2 - chopped
Garlic - chopped
Tomatoes - 2 - chopped in cubes
Dry basil
Salt and pepper
Basil Leaves and cream for dressing
Green Chillies
Olive oil
Preparation:
1. Boil pasta, strain and keep aside.
2. Heat Olive oil. Add green chillies. Add in the onions and garlic. Saute.
3. Add in the tomatoes. Let cook a bit.
4. Add pepper and salt. Mix well.
5. Boil about 3 cups of water and add to the cooking tomatoes.
6. Blend this in a mixer into a smooth paste.
7. Put back into the pan and turn the fire on. Tip in the pasta and the dry basil.
8. Let it come to a boil.
9. Garnish with basil leaves and cream.
